Dr. Nyasha Scott, DDS
After completion of her doctoral studies at the University of Maryland, College of Dental Surgery, Doctor Scott received advanced education in general dentistry at UCLA. There she found that she especially enjoyed helping children develop healthy smiles. This led her to the University of Illinois at Chicago where she completed a two-year postdoctoral residency, earning her status as a specialist in pediatric dentistry. This advanced education has allowed her to stay current with the latest research and advances in pediatric dentistry. In practice for over 10 years, Dr. Scott is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, California Dental Association, and Angel City Dental Society.
Most importantly, she takes the time to get to know each child personally. She communicates with parents and children to create a lifetime of great smiles.
Little House of Smiles is the fulfillment of Doctor Scott’s dream modeled after a policy developed by the Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Her dream is to create a place where children can receive high-quality comprehensive and preventive dental care by age one.

Later obtaining his California Dentist License in 2008, he has been heartily studying current and upcoming methods, which continue to advance the Pediatric Dentistry field, through education courses every year. During his early years in college he felt a calling to Pediatric Dentistry, later finding it to be a thoroughly fascinating field and a key area to communicate with parents about their children’s well-being when it comes to their dental care.
